1.2 User Content (Designs & Listings)
We collect the images, artwork, and text you upload for the purpose of generating AI mockups and fulfilling print-on-demand orders.
1.3 Order & Fulfillment Data
To fulfill orders white-label, we collect data regarding your customers, including their names, shipping addresses, and order details. We act as a data processor for this information; you are the data controller.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Provision: To generate AI keywords, create mockups, and print/ship your products.
- Transaction Processing: To bill you for subscription fees and fulfillment costs.
- AI Improvement: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be used to improve the accuracy of our AI scanning and keyword algorithms.
- Communication: To send order updates, tracking numbers, and critical service alerts.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to provide our services:
Print Providers: Your artwork and your customer’s shipping address are shared with our network of manufacturing partners solely to print and ship the order.
Shipping Carriers: Shipping details are shared with carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) to deliver packages.
Third-Party Integrations: If you connect an Etsy account, data is exchanged via API to sync orders and listings, subject to Etsy’s Privacy Policy.

Payment data is never stored on our servers; it is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
