1. Overview of Services
NinjaSell is a Print-on-Demand (POD) and Listing Optimization platform. Our services include:
- AI Analysis: Scanning marketplace listings (e.g., Etsy) to generate optimized keywords.
- Content Generation: Creating high-converting mockups and listing descriptions.
- Fulfillment: White-label printing, packaging, and shipping of products to your customers.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
2.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the artwork and designs you upload to NinjaSell. By uploading content, you grant NinjaSell a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely to fulfill orders and generate mockups for your account.
2.2 Copyright Warrants
You warrant that you own the copyright to all content you upload or have legal permission to use it. You agree not to upload infringing, illegal, hateful, or obscene content. NinjaSell may remove listings and suspend accounts for violations without notice.
2.3 NinjaSell IP
All AI algorithms, website UI, widget code, and mockup templates remain NinjaSell’s intellectual property.
3. AI Usage Disclaimer
NinjaSell uses artificial intelligence to generate keywords, descriptions, and mockups. While we aim for accuracy:
- Rankings: SEO performance and marketplace ranking improvement are not guaranteed.
- Mockups: AI mockups are representations; minor variations may occur in the physical product.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your listing complies with marketplace rules (e.g., Etsy).
4. Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
4.1 Production Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to print. Peak seasons may extend production time.
4.2 Shipping: We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). Shipping times begin after production. NinjaSell is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or technical issues.
4.3 White-Label Shipping: All packages are shipped without NinjaSell branding. A generic or fulfillment-center return address is used.
5. Refund and Return Policy
5.1 Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace or refund it. Claims must include a photo and be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
5.2 Buyer’s Remorse: Returns or refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or invalid shipping addresses provided by you or your customer.
6. Payment and Billing
- Charges: You are billed the product base cost + shipping at order processing.
- Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes: You are responsible for collecting and remitting taxes from your buyers where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
NinjaSell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, data loss, or marketplace account issues—arising from use of the service.
8. Integration with Third-Party Platforms (Etsy)
NinjaSell connects with third-party platforms like Etsy but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You are responsible for maintaining your own seller account in good standing.
